We are pros in sourcing custom products and marrying the appropriate level of craftsmanship and engineering expertise to the project aesthetic. We work closely with design in sourcing the right supplier who will best execute their vision while considering our clients main goals - be it budget, lead time, quality, or sustainability. Whether it's furniture that is design forward with a cutting edge wow factor, furniture that offers creative solutions to challenging conditions or ease of installation, or furniture that requires unique materials, we know where to find it.

hands on approach

We offer on site, in person furniture punch as part of every contract. We go to the project site and take an active role in overseeing furniture installation, working closely with the project managers, contractors and designers to ensure a smooth installation and project closeout.

fair & transparent pricing

We charge a flat fee based on project scope, therefore, we are incentivized to control project spend and identify cost savings for our clients. Our disclosed fee is our only source of compensation. We operate with the utmost integrity and have never accepted vendor kickbacks, rebates or incentives. We act as a fiduciary purchasing agent negotiating FF&E costs on the owner's behalf. We purchase direct from manufacturers and never markup products. The quoted price we obtain from the vendor is the price you pay.
